Hard to say which is best, the ab rocket or the ab belts. They are 2 different things. To me the ab rocket looks like is more of an ab workouts for men but it’s probably because i hate crunches. As for abs belts i don’t know much but but have been reading that the flex belt and the ab contour were good abs belts. I may be a good option for me.

This freind of mine says she has a 73 mintue dvd of a great abs workout at home for women but I don’t think I can last that long and she smokes so I don’t know how she can either maybe we’ll have to split it up into a couple days, no shame in that.
I tried both yoga and pilates and i can tell you that as much as i enjoyed both, it’s not something you can do at home. DVDs are good and all but I need a teacher to guide me. A good abs workout at home for women is probably crunches and diet.

Pilates is the very best ab workouts for women or men you’ll end up with core strength that’s the secret to it all you’ll even stand up straighter, it’s ture. you should try it if you are interested in exercises to lose stomach fat.
cut the 8 minute abs exercises into only half as many reps, it will take 4 minutes, and then build up to the full 8. It sounds crazy to have to do this, but the whole 8 at first is hard to get through.
those ab belts like i’ve seen on tv look pretty sweet, because you can use them at home or anywhere else. and the ems tech ones seem to give a good ab workout, for women & men too. could save a buncha time with one of those.

Abs diets I think are mainly high protein very low carb very similar to the Atkins diet which makes me a little suspicious of it, but hey, if it works, I’ll give just about anything a try, and a ton of stomach fat burning exercises, any kind you want, cardio, weight bearing, ab belt, whatever, and do it at home, the gym, I don’t see why it matter s as long as you git er done that’s what I want to do and this time I’m gonna see it out til I’m looking oh so fine again.

Well I know there;s an ab diet book for women but I’m not sure exactly what you’re suppose to eat or what type of workouts yo do. I think it’s like, beans, nuts, spinach, eggs, berries, things like that. Fiber, low fat dairy. Bascially, the way everyone should be eating anyway.
That sorta mentality does not make sense to me, I konw a lot of women have it but, why get in shape at home BEFORE going to a gym, the gym is meant to help ou get in shape & lose weight. Meet with a trainer and get started alreadY. And there’s always Curves if that sort of atmosphere suits you best.
